The Schwann's cells, or neurilemma, are layers of cells which cover the |myelin sheath| segments of some ~nerve~ cells. Schwann's cells cover each |axon| segment of the ~nerve~ cells, and constrict at the ~nodes~ of Ranvier. The neurons of the |brain| and |spinal cord| do not have such a cell layer covering their |myelin sheaths|.
